mandy miller, licensed psychotherapist

As a licensed Somatic Psychotherapist, I embody care, concern, curiosity and connection. My approach is trauma-informed, mystical, and grounded in evidence-based practices. My style is holistic, humanistic and humorous. I am a licensed Psilocybin Therapy Facilitator in Oregon. My hypothesis is that when we stay curious and trust that we have the capacity to feel our feelings versus resisting them, we can more comfortably navigate a broad spectrum of mental and emotional landscapes, and come back into connection with ourselves.

I condone awe walks, questioning ideas about personal limits or capacities, dancing, meditation, forest baths and solitude as avenues to reconnect with ourselves. I am a parent, an LGBTQAI2S+ ally, am sex-positive, I welcome neurodivergence, and people from all backgrounds and ethnicities. What you put in your body for medicine or recreation is your choice. If your relationship to substances is making things worse, or are causing harm, and you want to change your relationship to them, you’re in the right place. I look forward to discovering supportive resources, materials and practices to help make things better for you.

Included in my training and experience are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Astrology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectcial Behavioral Therapy, Harm Reduction, Hakomi, Intuitive Training, Executive Leadership Training, Reiki I and II with Humans and Horses, and teaching English in Japan. Please see more about my dynamic professional experience in the links below. I thank my ancestors, friends, family, mentors, teachers, leaders, clients and all other beings who have made it possible for me to serve my community in this way.
